The lower half of the panel is filled with the top of the architectural canopy from 2a, with leafy crockets culminating in a foliate finial, silhouetted against ruby glass. In the green spandrels are two bosses decorated with an intertwined triangle and trefoil with central quatrefoil. The upper half of the panel continues the grisaille pattern found below, its central stem and branching design rather better preserved. Golden hawks and green parrots decorate the outer borders.
