Design as 3a, with small variations. At the foot of the panel, beneath the cusped arch, is the continuation of the martyrdom of St Denis in 5b: two nimbed angels with yellow wings carry St Denis, naked, to heaven in a patterned cloth, his mitred head now reattached to his body. Within the niche at the top of the canopy is the figure of Christ greeting Mary Magdalen in 6a with the words ‘noli me tangere’ (‘do not touch me!’). Borders as 1b.
