A cleric stands on the left in alb, cope and hood, wielding a white scourge in his right hand. The speech scroll probably does not contain any glass original to this panel. Across from him is a group of five penitents, who seem to be moving away from him, including a man holding a staff, a woman in a white diapered head-dress looking downwards, and two men in red and green hoods. Fragmentary inscription below. Blue background as 2a. White and purple canopy shafts to either side with chevron ornament. The lower border figures are not well preserved; the penitencers above hold keys and books.
