A tonsured cleric stands on the left is, robed as in 2a (though the hood is a different colour), wielding a white scourge in his right hand. His speech scroll is blank. Before him is a group of five penitents who may be those in 2b, returning, though their garments are not of identical colours. The woman with the diapered headdress appears now to carry a candle (modern), similarly the man who formerly held a staff, whose left arm is now grasped by the cleric. Remains of an inscription below that may relate to the donation of the window. The border figures are confused, though the upper ones were seated penitencers.
