This panel is the second of two which show St Cuthbert’s healing of Sibba’s servant. On the right, the servant sits in bed, attended by a woman. A priest is handing him the bowl of water that St Cuthbert was shown blessing in panel 14b. Sibba and a woman, who is probably his wife, stand on the left.
