Ralph’s prayers are answered and he is given new eyes, which, according to the Life, were smaller than his old ones and of a different colour, but gave him clear, sharp sight. Ralph stands in the centre with his hands crossed on his chest. His eyes are given special emphasis. Two Minster clergy standing by the tomb witness the miracle, and the onlookers register their amazement. This concludes the second section of the window.
