This panel is based on panel 15b. The tomb is taken from the same cartoon as the one in 15b, but with minor changes of details, notably the omission of the oil issuing from pipes.
The figure on the right and the head of the man up against the tomb are also taken from 15b, with minor changes. Two other figures in 15b have been omitted, while the man on crutches on the left is taken from the equivalent figure in panel 16a.
