As with rows 5, 12 and 18, the backgrounds and frames in row 24 are continued up into the row above. This scene is a composite of elements from panels 17a and 21b. The tomb is taken from the same cartoon as in 21b, but with minor differences in decoration. The woman is based on the woman who swallowed a frog, standing up, in panel 17a, but slightly adapted to show her with a swollen stomach. Her left hand, which no longer holds a belt (as in 17a), gestures vaguely towards the tomb, the thumb being particularly unconvincing.
