This completes the episode begun in panel 24d. Accompanied by the rider of the horse (on the left, here wearing multi-coloured clothes) and another man, the lady, again dressed in red, kneels before the tomb to give thanks for surviving the accident. This, the last scene in the cycle, is directly above the figure of Lady Beatrice de Ros at the base of the window (panel 2e), and the lady dressed in red may be Lady Beatrice. The entire window may be a thank-offering to Saint William for her deliverance.
